If anyone has a felicitous translation, it would be great to update it. The actual characters, however, do not mean "true blood", they mean something along the lines of "blood of the transgressing dog". Google Translate does indeed translate 咎狗の血 as "true blood", but Google Translate is based in large part on correlations drawn from web crawls there are many pages that link the Japanese characters 咎狗の血 to the English phrase "True Blood", because the latter is used (in English) as the subtitle of some of the game versions.
